Our commitment

We want csiwealth.org to be usable by everyone.

 

That includes people who use a screen reader, people who move through a page with the keyboard instead of a mouse, and people who magnify the screen to read it. If any part of this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it, and we will help you get the information another way.

 

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target.

 

This is a goal we are working toward. It is not a claim that the site has been tested against those guidelines or certified as meeting them.

 

What we have done so far

We have made a set of changes to the site:

 

  • We have written descriptions for the images that carry meaning on our main pages, so a screen reader can describe them out loud. We are still working through the rest.

  • Headings on our main pages follow a logical order, so you can move through a page by its headings.

 

This is ongoing work, not a finished job. We keep making changes as we find things to fix.

 

Known limitations

This website is built on the Wix platform. Some parts of the page are produced by Wix's own components, and we have limited control over how they behave.

 

Some of our notices — such as the workshop notice on our home page — are pictures of text, which a screen reader cannot read aloud. Call us at (626) 294-0414 and we will tell you what one says.

 

We also publish our newsletter as a PDF. PDFs can be harder to read with assistive technology. If one is difficult for you to read, call us at (626) 294-0414 and we will read it to you or send it to you another way.
